At Serelle, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- Item must be unused and in original packaging

- Item must be in the same condition you received it

- Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method

- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
